In Topeka, where I live, there are only a few companies, and they charge really high prices. So, I decided to look around in Kansas City. I probably won’t need their services again anytime soon, but they did an outstanding job!"

"They inspected the system, but couldn't find the problem. They recommended a plumber they used that could visually inspect the line with a camera. This still didn't ID the problem, so I had the septic tank pumped and inspected (Quality Septic and Sewer did not have the equipment to do either of these). The cause is still not totally identified, but suspect that there may have been some issues with the previous home that was demolished before this one was built. If the problem continues, major excavation will be needed. That is in limbo at the moment. All in all, very satisfied with the services provided. Quality Septic and Sewer has my highest recommendation for customer service, honesty and responsiveness."

"Polestar Plumbing was the first company to answer my Angi search for service. I'd seen their name around before and decided to give them a try. They did great work and fixed the 2 faucet problems I had originally called on them for. Unfortunately, when Joe the plumber went to the basement to turn off the water, he discovered that my floor drain had backed up. After fixing the primary job, he did some trouble-shooting and determined that it as a blockage in the sewer service line. He was unable to fix it but called the shop and they were able to arrange for a second crew to come out and auger out the sewer line. Both jobs were done great except for a little staining of the carpet (which they came back and fixed). My only hesitation at giving them a 5 star rating is because I thought they were a little on the expensive side."
