"Debbie went beyond normal help to exchange a poor quality new opener provided by the seller of a home we just purchased for a much better unit, at no charge to us. She then dispatched an installer to help us program the new opener and install the exterior keypad. He showed up within 45 minutes, and completed the work in half an hour. The installer was neat, efficient and easy to work with. We will definitely use this team for all future garage door needs."

"We expanded a ground floor family room, which required complete exterior and interior construction, with stacked stone to match existing exterior. Existing plumbing, electrical, and duct work had to be moved around. The room has a 5x10 closet with pull-down attic door and insulted attic above. A bay build-out added space to our dining room, and we added a walk-in pantry to the kitchen. Materials were included in the total price but not broken out. The contractor underestimated either the amount of stone needed or the cost of the (available) stone required to match the existing exterior. He covered about $400 of the additional materials cost; we covered about $1000 at his request. Lesson learned: In the contract, stipulate the dollar amount designated for special materials. Other than that and some slow downs due to occasional absent workers, the job went as planned and we're happy with the result. We appreciated the daily clean-up as it was a lengthy project and just living with the upheaval was at times a challenge. Mark had a cleaning crew come one weekend to help keep things in order."

They leveled the floors, installed interior windows, did sheetrock repair and installation, adjusted doorways etc.. Big job. It was excellent all around.
