"Because of weather problems Lora and crew were here two weeks early. Scot and his helper cleaned out the trash in the crawl space and prepared to put down the vapor barrier. They did this job a bit out of order because of the COLD weather. The morning they started it was 16* ! Their first task was the vapor barrier. After that the spray foam insulation. Then the old insulation was removed and hauled away. Lora did the job in this order because of the COLD weather. She told me she would NOT leave us with no insulation for any amount of time with temperatures this cold. Lora cares about her customer and works very close with them . She even let me work with them a little bit. I'm an old retired Marine and still like to be involved. I don't think I got in the way too often. "I had a gravel driveway installed in 2019 that was done incorrectly. The pitch was done incorrectly and no drainage was put in, so my driveway was washing away and there were lots of deep divots making the driveway nearly impassable. I also happen to live on a significant slope. Chuck and his team corrected the pitch of the driveway and put drainage in. After very heavy rains, additional work needed to be done and he came out again to make some corrections. Most contractors would never do this. Now, my driveway is not being washed out, and the rain is being diverted to a safe location away from the house thanks to a drainage path. Chuck did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of, and is the most honest contractor I have ever worked with. I appreciated his diligence in making sure the job was done right and within my budget."

They did work in rentals and while a tenant was out of town - the employees of HDSI used her bathroom, kitchen, sat at counter, threw away their lunch trash in her kitchen. She was traveling at the time and came home to the trash stinking, a dirty bathroom and kitchen. Unacceptable behavior and unprofessional. We had to ask for several things to be redone painting was poor quality, timing was extended and at times we felt like we were an inconvenience."
