He explained to me how over the years from sitting down and getting up from your furniture and sliding furniture across your carpet, that it creates those lumps and therefore your carpet needs to be stretched. The job was completed in an 1 1/2 hours. I was very satisfied. Thank you very much for the reccomendation. Didn't believe in Angie's List until I joined. I've been made a believer !
