"Service went okay, but I was given a "hard sell" proposal with two options, replace both springs and rollers (the rollers had been replaced last year by Precision Door, but the agent said they always recommend replacing them when they do other repairs. The springs were replaced a few years ago, but the agent said they either were of inferior quality or not installed properly, as they were not supporting the weight of the doors. The second proposal (nearly $1000!!) would be a complete rebuild of my entire garage door opener systems. I have had no problems with the doors so couldn't begin to justify the work proposed. Consequently, I'm going back to using my other source (Southeastern Garage Doors), whom I trust. Based upon my experience with Precision Door, my impression is they are out to sell you services you really don't need."
