"Erich Sarna was the service tech that installed my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Every step of the install he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! He installed new shut off valves for the gas line and water line. Those items could have been skipped and I would not have thought of replacing them he insisted for safety reasons.He also installed a pressure tank to extend the life of the water heater! Well Done Erich and Thanks!!!"

"Our water heater sprung a leak and proceeded to leak in our laundry room.
I checked Angie's List that evening and sent message to Young Plumbing for service.
Young Plumbing contacted me first thing in the morning for appointment.
Two service men came out and removed old water heater and mess of wrapping around water heater.
They replaced with new water heater from their truck. Completed all plumbing that was needed with copper tubing and added two shut off valves to help us out in the future with any plumbing problems.
The men that came out were very pleasant, quick and efficient. They explained everything to us about the new equipment.
Also, they cleaned up everything and the laundry room looked great! . I would certainly recommend for service and response time. The price was higher than I thought, but I am happy to have it all done within one hour without any fuss or mess.

"I woke up to a cold house. I called a local companyAddit. The owner Bill Sr immediately called his son Bill Jr to check out the problem. He arrived at my home and another HVAV person was there. He extended professional curtesy and waited until the other person left. I appreciated that. I thought my Heating system was gone and it being right after Christmas, this was bad timing. Bill Jr was able to repair it and buy us some time. I didn't think that was possible! My unit is over 30yrs old and my husband and I were holding our breath. We needed the extra time that Bill Jr was able to give us. He also sat down and explained new systems that would work for us when we are ready to purchase one. I will and would use this company again. They will repair first and sell second. Great family owned company!!! Valerie D"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."
