"Exceptional service!!! Jason called 15 min before arriving saying he was on his way. He was on-time at the agreed upon timeframe. He quickly assessed the issue with our clothes washer. He removed the top part of the washer and discovered the balance ring was misaligned. He quickly corrected it, put the cover back on and only charged a small fee for the service call. He didn’t even charge for the repair!! I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and call Pro-Tech when I have other appliance issues!!! Thank you!"

"I called Blue Orca Appliance Repair because my LG gas dryer was not heating. Artem, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together. He told me to call if there were any issues with the repair. Artem was very polite and competent and did not leave any messes . After various loads of laundry, the dryer is working great. "My Whirlpool dryer began making screeching sound when started. Looked around a few service providers but couldn’t find one to schedule an appointment quickly. The Sunshine Appliance Repair, however, could schedule an appointment in two days. On the day of appointment, SAR called me about an hour ahead, and gave me exact time (to the minute) a technician would show up. He was right on time. The technician, Elija, was very professional: cordial, competent, and found out the problem immediately after opening the dryer panel. He was carrying the part in his van, so there was no need for extra time delay, i.e., ordering parts and scheduling another trip for installation.
