"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. Melissa was slow in returning calls and text messages. Installation went smoothly and cleanup was great. Windows seem like they are good quality and I was pleased overall.

"It went great! I called on a Monday around noon, and Paul came out that evening to give me a quote on 2 replacement garage doors and 2 new, quieter openers. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me, while still making me aware of the best options available. The price he quoted was by far the most reasonable estimate I received. We scheduled an appointment for Friday morning, and Joe showed up on time this morning and finished the job within 4 hours. He had everything set up for us and showed us how to program the openers, and even helped me reset the opener in my car. Highly recommend this company!"

"Perfect!  We had used J.D. with Wood Rot Solutions to replace doors and he mentioned he sealed windows too.   He asked us to provide him with the number of windows we wanted done and he promptly gave us a bid.  We set up the appointment and he came out.  As with the doors,  J.D. communicated well, showed up when he said he would and completed the work.   He is very organized, cleans up everything afterwards and is quite the perfectionist in his work.  Every window is perfectly sealed.  We were 100% pleased with the service.  Highly recommend!"

"One of the steel cables snapped on one of my garage doors.  Initial call went right to Rob Jackson.  He offered to come out that very night, but we arranged for next day appointment.  He gave a courtesy call when he was on the way.  After review of both of my doors, we agreed to replacing the springs and cables on both doors.  While this was his suggestion, he did not push it and said it was completely up to us.  My wife and I thought it would be a good idea to do so as this was a recently purchased home and the garage doors did show up on the inspection as something that would need to be looked at soon.  We arranged for another appointment when he would have his assistant with him.  They were prompt and quick and we received the 25% off spring replacement that was offered on his website, and the 10% discount for being an Angie's List member.  Overall, a great experience."

"Our house was built in 1998 and came with Alenco builder grade windows with only a 10 year warranty. Most of them have gone bad since then so buyer beware on that brand. Kyle was great to work with, quick to respond and did great work on the final install. Our house now has clear windows and I am sure they will work out great.

"Joe (the owner) came out for an estimate and was very informative with his presentation.  He brought examples and walked us through the whole process.  Our house is a 1970's ranch and we had old windows and an old sliding glass door that really needed to be updated. Before we decided on the type of siding we wanted, he gave us some examples of the houses he had done and we were very impressed.  We really liked the fact he did not try to sell us on unneeded upgrades and was very upfront on his bid to us.  We did not feel like he was trying to just over price his products.  On the first day, Joe and his crew came out  when it was raining and believe it or not in one day they had all 15 windows and the sliding glass door installed.  I must say the windows are very nice and the triple pane sliding glass door is awesome.  The siding that was installed was done with very little seams that are hardly visible.  We have a 2500 square foot home and we counted 8 seams on the house.  It looks great and they even did the chimney box on the roof.  Joe and his crew were very respectful and attentive to every detail.  They always ensured that every detail was how we wanted.  They cleaned up the area very well after the job was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."
