"I was most impressed with Jason and his crew. Besides being very personable, they clearly know their stuff. The work was finished on time, budget appropriate, and every night I came home to a totally cleaned-up area. The quality of the work was excellent despite having at the last minute to change and revise our plans for the week. Jason was very communicative in learning about our needs and meeting them. It was a fully positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Have searched around and have called and met with dozens of other contractors with no real feeling of insured quality or pricing. But there was absolutely no doubt once we met and went through our building project with Dougherty Construction that we made the right choice. Communication of every step and event that was taking place was communicated daily by the project manager. Their respect for our privacy was of the upmost, honestly we never knew they were here. If there were any questions or concerns we had they were always addressed promptly. Dougherty Construction quality of work is superior and perfection in everything they did showed in every part of our basement being finished. Seamless finish in drywall, flawless trim, crisp straight lines in painting, EVERYTHING DONE TO CODE, flooring was done to perfection no patterns can be seen as the floor was laid into place. Even after job was done Dougherty Construction team still stay in contact with us.....Great Business All Around."

"Jon and his crew were amazing to work with from start to finish! They listened to what I wanted and made my dreams come true. My parents were having a hard time on their own so I finished their basement into a little house for me and my family to be close to them to help and it turned out exactly like I wanted thanks to Jon and his crew. Donâ t hesitate, hire him today! You wonâ t be disappointed."

"Their manager came to the house and he was very helpful and had some ideas on our kitchen remodel. Before he left he said he would have a quote by next week. I got a call from him that following week and said that our kitchen remodel estimate was running in the mid 40â s and thatâ s not touching the pantry. He asked would you like for us to proceed. I said absolutely and I have heard nothing back from them. So my decision to go with another contractor was an easy decision"

"We consulted with Robert Horne Contracting to remodel a very dated bathroom for us. From the start, they were very communicative from when he'd have the estimate (we ended up getting that earlier than anticipated) to picking out fixtures to start date. As with any old house, there were some challenges with hidden things which added to the tasks needing to be performed. He told us about those as they came up and gave us the very reasonable estimates, if the issue required extra work. He was able to remove the build-out above the sink and rework the plumbing to vastly open up that space giving the appearance of a bigger, roomier room. We did a walk-through and got written confirmation of our punch list items. He gave us a date of when he'd be out to complete the odds and ends and was there promptly on the given day. We are very satisfied with the work he performed and especially with the communication. We never once wondered when he'd be there or what was going on with products being delivered, etc. We are very happy customers!"

"Everything was above board. From the quality of their work and their product, to their outstanding customer service. Looking forward to working with them again."

"The work was very good, the guy that did the work for me was retired but still got the work done for me."

"Jaylee provided a total face lift to the landscaping at the front of our house. They dug out our old flower beds and mulch, added river rock, poured a new sidewalk and steps into our front door. They also added solar lights and new exterior lights. We use Jaylee for all of our projects and will continue to!"

"Out of the Ordinary Construction is a father and son team, they built a deck at the rear of my home after removing some dilapidated steps. They did an outstanding job, I was impressed on their work ethics and dedication to completing the project. They arrived early in the morning and worked until late evening; their professionalism was astonishing and amazing!! My new deck is gorgeous and I am a very happy customer, I will use this company again on a future project and I highly recommend them for anyone needing a project done. They are definitely a five star company!! ?"
