"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I hired them to repair and replace termite/water damaged wood and baseboards in my den. The project turned out to more involved than I had expected. From start to finish, they made sure I knew what was going on; explained what he needed to do; worked steadily until the job was completed (and even took some work home to finish before he came out the next day); cleaned up everything before they left; and then repaired a condensation hose/pipe for free. Prices are very reasonable. Quality of work is superior. I will hire them again to do other repairs as they come up. Couldn't say enough good things about this group."

"Eric Finley came to our rescue. Many places I had called, before contacting Home Advisor, had said they would not work on a metal roof or they would not work on a metal roof if they hadn't been the ones to install it. We had a hole in our roof where a vent had blown off. Eric came out that day, checked what was going on, came out the next day and repaired the damage. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
