"Burns' Fencing Inc's job was great. They did the job perfectly and we were pleased with them. They were professional, on time and did quality work. They do little extras if you ask them, such as removing dead branches or stones near the fence they're working on. They left everything looking nice and clean. Their price was reasonable considering the quality of the material and work. You can see by the way they work that they know what they were doing. When they ran into some issue, such as fitting new fence with older one, they just took care of it in no time. They did the work in 2 days, 5 guys with who worked well together; it's a family business. It was all worth it. When I made inquiry by phone, they gave me a better impression that other providers."

"Crew showed up when they were supposed to.  The office communicated well about whether or not it was OK split the job between two days.  Went the extra mile and fixed an additional that I pointed out I was having trouble with.  Workmanship is excellent - fence is gorgeous.  They cleaned up and took away all the debris. Fancy hardware on the gates. You would never know they had been there other than the pretty new fence instead of the old rotten one.  Could not have been better, and would definitely do business with them again. <br />"

"I didn?t use them but he was nice; he fixed one of the problems while he was here without charging me. It was just a bend in the fence and he is stronger than I am so he was able to pop it back into place. He was just a friendly guy and he spent more time with me then most of the fence guys did. He took some measurements and he was willing to repair the fence with the same materials that it is now. Other people would have had to replace the fencing system because they didn?t have the materials. He had more of a handyman approach so he would have gone out to find matching parts and repaired it. I would consider using him in the future."

"I was happy with the quality of the work that he did. I just had two fence panels that came at six feet. I bought three of them, and he made them twelve feet tall. I just thought that he did a good job putting it up. He and another guy put it up; they worked together. I paid $270 to him, but I bought all the materials. It just took a long time because he would say he could do it next week. The next week would come, and it rained or he was at a place where they wanted him to do more and things like that, but I came to expect that with contractors."

"Vincent showed up right on time, and when I said they were both small problems, he said, "nothing is too small" -- an attitude which I love. So many times we have called in contractors who think the job is too small and don't want it. This is the second year in a row I've had Vincent to my house for repairs, and I'm amazed he can do so many different things. <br /> He has a ton of tools and parts, and was able to go into his truck and find the right equipment for our job without going out and extending the engagement. <br /> I had another project that involved painting and he recommended that I use my regular painter as it would cost me less. <br /> He's competent, knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostician of household repairs. Everything he did last year is still fixed, and I expect this year's "fixes" to be the same. <br /> The best news? He charged me for a half hour! No "minimum service call" charge, not even minimum one hour, which I feel it should have been as he came to the house.
