He had given me a telephone estimate for two of the jobs but I asked him to do the third when he arrived and he only charged the original estimated amount which was quite reasonable and way less than I was quoted by a large plumbing outfit. Taylor is a professional and courteous young man and I will certainly recommend him and would use him in the future should the need arise."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
