"Mike responded immediately to my service request, and scheduled an appointment. Two of his employees came to the house and were punctual, friendly and courteous. They answered my questions while making the repair, and took a look at my vacuum cleaner which had been tripping the same breaker that the dining room light was on. After they had finished, Mike called to be certain that I was happy with their work. Excellent follow-up and customer service, which has become rare!"

"I thought I would have to replace the well pressure tank due to age, but Todd said it was fine and just made some minor adjustments to increase the water pressure for the entire house. He could have put in a new tank and I wouldn't have known the difference other than an extra $500"

"Needed a leaking pipe fixed and hot water tank replaced, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I called, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. Andrew arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. He was efficient, cleaned up after the job, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. The pricing was fair, with no hidden costs, and the quality of work was top-notch. I highly recommend"

"The Plumber Heating & Cooling is a wonderful company to work with. I own several properties that needed plumbing services. They respond quickly to my calls, and their tech is on site the same day. Their tech always explains the job in depth and offers options for my approval before he does the work. The office staff is friendly and pleasant. I always try to do business with our local companies, and The Plumber will be my first call for plumbing problems!"

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"It's part of a pair and the base of one of them was broken, it wasn't an electrical problem.   I thought the lady was very nice.  We're not sure if the lamp can be repaired but she's going to try and that's good enough for me.  It's a $300-$400 lamp, I told her I didn't really care what it looked like - just so that it would stand up straight.  She explained what they had to do.  It's a heavy lamp and they had to balance it and fill it in because some of the ceramic part was missing.   She wasn't sure when they would get to it but didn't really care."

"Bill and Deanna installed a replacement water heater for me in about an hour and a half. Perfect installation and they hauled away the old heater. Top rate!"

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
