"We got a couple quotes to have a GFCI outlet installed in our home. Electric Today charged less than half of our other quote, then offered to install it on the spot when we said we would use his company. He had everything he needed on his truck and in less than an hour, we had our outlet installed when all we expected was another quote. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or to recommend him. GREAT experience and a very fair price!"

"It was not the electrical outlet after all. Easy diagnostics and was charged $89.99 for the visit. Tech was professional and to the point."

"I had a great experience with this company! Great communication, friendly, they showed up on time, very professional, prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be calling them again for all my electrical work! Highly recommend!"

"Gary came out to the house. He reviewed all of the electrical items on our inspection report. Gave us a quote and was able to come back a couple days later and fix everything. And we had a few outlets that took some time figuring out why they were not working."

"Tim (owner) Bryan (technician) were excellent. House was over 100 years old and has two fireplaces. Much work but all done with detail and very professional. Additional problems found but handled quickly. Numerous quotes received and this was also the best value."

"Bought a new home that has a Hot Springs tub. I've never owned an outdoor hot tub, so needed Joe to help clean and service the tub and teach me how to maintain the tub on my own. He was very responsive as we coordinated a day and time, and he was more than happy to share details about the tub and how to care for it. He gave me tips on what I should and should not be concerned with and then the step by step on chemicals and maintaining proper PH, etc. I never questioned his knowledge. He was thorough and very helpful and had a nice laid back approach.Apparently he spent many years working for Hot Springs and has been caring for customers for many many years as a service person. I'll continue to use and recommend Joe.

"The owner’s name is Joel Thomas.  I spent $7000 on that work.  He is really a nice guy and very professional.  He covers everything.  That is very important for me.  He does a great job. "

"Joe Patchon of PSI did a great job for me. I had two electrical issues - a non-working porch light, and some dead outlets in my basement storage area. The porch required some diagnosis, as not only was there a bad switch, but a poorly connected neutral line - something I could have never found. Quickly diagnosed and repaired. The second item Joe diagnosed that was something I should have found, but didn't know all the diagnosis paths to follow. A somewhat hidden GFI circuit was the culprit, an outlet I never knew I had in that room, since I've only owned the home for a year. Joe reset the GFI, and I was back in business - Before that, I figured I must have had a wiring problem in the wall or something. He resolved my problems at a great, very fair price. Very personable and knowledgeable electrician, with 30 years experience in his field of expertise. I'll use him again!"

"Owner Matt McQuiston was friendly and thorough in preparing our quote, and kept in touch throughout the project. His crew went about their tasks with quiet good humor and attention to detail. I would hire them again. He deals in fiberglass windows and doors, and they appear to be excellent products."
