The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. "After seeing the Big Deal for a new roof in my email, I contacted JPR and asked for an estimate to see how much overage my house would be, due to size and the steepness of the roof.  Joe came to our house the following day and was wonderful in speaking with us about the possibilities.  We had him include in the estimate, not only the new roof, but also a new guttering system around our entire house.  The estimate he gave was very reasonable.
Joe arranged with us a time to begin work on our home.  When the crew arrived, they got straight to work.  There were several people working on our house and arrangements had already been made with the City of Lawrence for an inspector to come, once the roofing was removed, to check the decking, as indicated by the permit.  Only a few pieces of decking were needed, which they quickly replaced and continued installing the new roof.
 
In the end, the roof looks fabulous, the guttering has already proven itself with the first storm and we are very glad we used JPR.  I would certainly be willing to use them again in the future for other needs.  I would recommend them to others.

"It went very well. It started with Matt the owner giving us and explaining the options we wanted. We selected the Pella option due to they are the only manufacturer that offers the blinds installed a 3rd window even though it was much more expensive than other options. The installation crew arrived at the time agreed, and did a great job. Kevin the lead installer ensured that we got what we wanted. They were all courteous and professional. Also, Matt came out when they started and when they were finishing to ensure we were happy. The result is a great looking door that requires very little maintenance."

"Roofing Service Specialist LLC did a great job for us. Bill Scott the owner came out personally to talk to me about possible solutions for replacing the down spout. I had called five different companies and all but Roofing Service Specialist LLC treated me as if my job was too small for them to even bother with or quoted me and obscene minimum of 350.00 for the job.  Mr. Scott came up with a solution that allowed us to re-use the existing down spout and cost us less than half of what the other companies wanted to charge. He was friendly and honest and made me feel like he cared about my job, even though it was small. I will use Roofing Service Specialist LLC in the future and would recommend them to anyone. I've already recommended them to my brother and his wife.
