"I had called and left a message when the spring broke on one of my doors. John promptly texted me back that he could come out later that day and we scheduled a time. Ended up he was running a little early and even politely texted to make sure that would be okay. John got right to work and even showed me a bearing that was going bad which I had meant to mention to him to look at what was sometimes causing a loud squeal noise lately when opening and closing the door. "Let me just say that Austin, the Door-Tech technician, went far and above what was required in order to repair our homes out of alignment and partially off-track garage door! In addition to that, he was able to come to our house on the same day (within roughly a couple of hours, actually), even though I didn't make the call until approx. 3 pm. He understood how important it was to us to get the door repaired ASAP, if for nothing else, for security purposes (attached garage), and that spoke volumes to both me and my wife! Not only did he get our garage door repaired and back in operation within a very reasonable timeframe, but he also made various spring etc. adjustments, as well as other extra tweaks, which made our garage doors operation much more efficient, as well as even somewhat quieter! Austin also offered me many good tips for the door's maintenance, and he was super friendly and a joy to talk to! Oh yeah, the cost of the repair and service was more than reasonable!! 5 Star++"
