"Mr. Workman did renovations on a full bath and the powder room. Both rooms had rotted floors under the toilets, so that all had to be torn out and repaired The full bath needed drywall repair and painting. He installed a glass shower door on the tub and installed tile trim around the existing tub walls. He tiled the floor and painted the whole room and installed a new light fixture. The Powder room had a totally rotted floor under the toilet. He tiled the floor and the walls up to about 4'. He painted the ceiling where it had water damage from leaks on the floor above. He repaired the existing wallpaper above the new tile."

"Phillip and his team at Perfect Circle Construction did a great job! The pipe to my outside faucet kept bursting when it got too cold and my dining room door leaked water into my basement. Phillip was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick. The flashing around the door was bad causing wall and door frame damage that needed replacing. The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! I would hire Perfect Circle Construction again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!"

Like you are in the remodeling business and know how much everything cost, because if you had, you would have realized his estimate was not for real. Told me in two different emails(black and white) before the job started i would not have a kitchen for 2 weeks and the job would be done. And he starts the job that ended up being 3 weeks, but of course he said he told me it could be up to 3 weeks and of course he has a excuse for his employee's and other jobs he was working on at the same time as mine."
