"Problems with Best Buy and the Luxul equipment they installed initially 2017 until JBR had my entire home WI-FI functioning functioning on a quarter of the equipment. This is after testing Best Buy's equipment over and over and over and over again NEVER getting the Luxul equipment to functioning on the 2.4gz. My entire home WI-FI functioned flawlessly for weeks on John's temporary (2-3 WAP) network compared to Best Buy/ Luxul never since 2017 using 5 including an outdoor WAP. Enough can't be said about John and Isaac. "

"Nate took care of some wifi issues we were having, setting up hotspots around the house. He also helped with swapping out an Xfinity box and some computer issues. I was happy at the time, he's a nice guy who even worked with me on a payment plan to spread out the cost (which was truly appreciated after I was laid off by my employer). That said, Nate has completely disappeared, not returning calls, emails or text messages after several attempts. This disappearing act is a HUGE problem since we weren't provided the login details for any of the aforementioned, leaving us powerless to deal with new issues we're now having. For example: I can't swap out my old Xfinity equipment because I don't have login details (required for setting up the new equipment). This has lead to threats from Xfinity of shutting off my service because I'm being charged hundreds of dollars for gear that's supposed to be returned. I expected a higher level of professionalism and better service from Nate, unfortunately I now feel like I got truly screwed over and wouldn't recommend him to anyone."

"Installed two heavy window air conditioners, lugging them up from garage under to first floor. Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."
