"My automatic garage door wouldn't open due to an obstruction inside the garage. They responded to my inquiry immediately (which was made late in the day) and came out the next day. "Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

"These guys are absolute professionals. When my garage door broke they were there within an hour and clamped the springs and fixed the garage door in 20 minutes. Then came back after ordering new springs and installed them (and did a great job lubricating the hinges and wheels). The garage opens smoother than ever! Couldn’t recommend them higher. "Jamie was excellent to deal with and extremely responsive. After the siding company I hired dented my garage door, I called Integrity Overhead Doors and Jamie explained how to proceed. After he confirmed he could get a matching replacement panel, he was able to come out to my house quickly to perform the work. As long as he was there, I asked him to install a remote keypad and replace some weather stripping. Everything looks and works great. I highly recommend this company."

"Garage door wasn't working so S&S came out to give a quote to fix it. It turned out not to be broken; Gary showed us what the problem was and also adjusted the finicky keypad. He didn't charge us and was friendly and helpful. We will call S&S again if the garage door actually breaks!"
