"We found Steve on Angie's list as we were looking for approximately 300 feet of fencing to keep our 3 dogs and 3 cats in our yard. After getting quote from a few different companies we decided to go with Steve and he was great!! He really worked with us on looking at different options and we finally decided on a 5 foot black chainlink fence mainly due to price and the fact that it would keep our animals in. Steve made sure that when the installers started the job that they made it as close to the ground as possible and that the gaps at the gates were as small as possible.  He even threw in a few extras which was very nice.  We absolutely love the fence and would highly recommend Steve to anyone!

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

Payment was only requested after the job was done and I told them I was happy with the result. There were no hidden charges or BS. I wrote the check out for the exact amount on the estimate. Jerry's estimate came in from 1000 to 7000 dollars less than the other 5 estimates I got from Angie's list vendors. He's friendly, local, and great. No deficits to report."
