Technician called first, came on time, repaired the problem and did extra: tightening bolts on the door, and lubricating hinges and the large spring. A different company showed up, said it was a busted motor and would cost about $500. They never even took the time to consider other options. Our door is functioning normally again. We will definitely hire again."
