"They did not start for over 6 weeks after the date committed to, 20 weeks after they got the first half of the payment. During this, the original sales person had apparently been fired or disappeared, and they could not find information about our job but DID NOT TELL US THIS. So they sent someone to "take some extra measurements" without telling us why, and as a result the shower install was not what we wanted. They gave us a nominal discount, which they found a way to wriggle out of by disappearing off the face of the earth after promising the discount, then coming back 8 months later with a lawsuit, charging interest in the amount of the "discount" (which the contract I foolishly signed at the outset allowed--I would advice not signing a contract with these folks without having it review by a lawyer, which is what I should have done) plus attorney fees. This nominal discount was for getting the shower wrong (it is still wrong, and will always be wrong, by the way--I can't afford to get it fixed and they won't fix it, and I wouldn't let them back in my house if they offered). When installing the sink the first time, they damaged the side wall and also broke the new sink. So two weeks without a sink. They did not fix the wall, but I did not ask them to as they "resurfaced" the back wall where the wall length mirror had been removed, and it looked awful. We were going to live with how bad it looked, only after we painted it (we had to paint it, they didn't do that) chunks of it began to fall off. This was because they didn't know how to do that, it wasn't something they did as a service, but the sales guy promised it as part of his sales job and apparently the company didn't want to tell us it wasn't something they did or directly admit the sales guy had been lying to us, so they did it . . . I guess. So I had to pay people who did that professionally to fix it and the side wall they damaged (out another $500). Also, the people who installed the sink weren't really plumbers, so the drains both leaked and wouldn't close properly, so I had to hire a real plumber to come fix that ($150). While they "guarantee" their work, after having had them in the house for many, many days, I didn't want them in their to do any more damage or fail to fix anything else or waste any more time. I won't even get into how much of time this all consumed, in addition to money, that typically has not been a problem for me with contractors. The real plumber fixed things in 30 minutes that they couldn't get right in 3 hours. Anyway, they promised a discount, then sent an invoice *without* the discount. I called 3 times about it, was told they would call me back, I never got a call back. Then life moved on, and I didn't pay the second half of the bill--assuming they would either send another (probably uncorrected) bill, and I would argue about it with them, or they would continue to fail to call me back, and then a lot of time passed and I received and heard nothing, until I got *served with a warrant to appear in court*. They had my phone number, my work phone#, my wife's phone number, my address, our email addresses--but rather than trying to reach out to us in ANY WAY (except for one email, from a non-rebath address, that apparently went into a spam folder), they went to court to sue me. So that's the kind of company they are. I have used many contractors for many jobs over the years, and hands down this is the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. I would not recommend these people, and would never use again, not even for the supposed lifetime warranty. I would rather pay a professional to come fix anything that goes wrong with sink or shower in the future than have someone from that company set foot in my house again. And given that a year in, the shower door is already slipping and the caulk inside the shower is peeling up in places, that's what I will be doing. I had consulted with another bathroom remodeler before picking Re-Bath. I tremendously regret not having gone with them. I see some people have had okay experiences with these guys, so I'm assuming not everybody has as awful an experience with them as I did. Even so, I would advise anyone choosing to use them to (a) have a lawyer check the contract and perhaps request a small change regarding the interest or covering THEIR attorney's fees if you disagree on the quality of work, and continue forward based on their response to that, and (b) if anyone shows up to take measurements or something out of the blue, demand to know why, try and call your salesperson, and request to talk to the sales person and review everything you got a verbal agreement on before proceeding. I could go on, there is more to the store. But Ultimately, I spent more money than I wanted to, and didn't get what I wanted, and they just did not care. So--buyer beware. Proceed with caution. All I'm saying."

"I ordered kitchen cabinets from cabinets.com and couldn't be happier. The doors and drawers have dampeners as well as dovetails on both the front and rear of the drawers which is unheard of in this price range. Also, Jennifer did a wonderful job helping me with the design and provided great follow-up. Highly recommended!"
