"If I could just rate some of the service technicians I would rate them higher and would recommend that they find a new ethical company to work for! We purchased our unit seven years ago. We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"

The crew they sent out, Angel Mara, and Isaias & Jose Flores were professional, communicative and friendly. "Should be called "Steal-tite". Company came out to give estimate in MAY 2019. Said they couldn't do the job until December, but we weren't having any leaks by June, so we went ahead and signed contract, sent in $800 deposit. Well, we ended up buying another house and decided not to have the work done. This was about October. Tried to call Seal-tite several times, always get the "answering service" and they never call back. Finally found the card of the engineer who quoted our estimate, Curt Giantonio. He said too bad so sad for our deposit, and that we had no recourse to get the money back. I realize the contract said the deposit was non-refundable. But the company could have been courteous, understood the situation, and refund my deposit even though legally they don't have to. Instead they've chosen to keep my money for zero services rendered. I could understand them keeping a portion to cover the travel costs of the engineer who came on site to give the estimate, but there's no way that is anywhere near $800. Greedy company that obviously doesn't care about people."

"Prompt estimate and job completed when promised. Replaced bad sections of asphalt, filled cracks and seal coated driveway. Extremely courteous crew and great cleanup. I would definitely use them again."

"APP initially came in to encapsulate our crawlspace and renovate our bathroom in our new home due to water damage. Some structural issues were discovered, and they were able to fix those as well. Our bathroom turned out beautifully and we could not be more grateful to Hunter and his team – Nathan Patterson, Robert Railton, and Steven Ingold. Our crawlspace is now fully encapsulated, complete with new plumbing and new jacks under the bathroom. Their communication was fantastic, they thoroughly explained what was needed each step of the way and were extremely patient with my design changes. They did a very thorough job that will last a long time. We love how the bathroom turned out, thank you SO much for bringing our dreams to life!
