"A lot of emphasis was given up front about proper venting of the attic space to provide maximum roof life, however no venting improvements were made during installation. Original call was for gutter guards, but they were not included in the original quote and had to be added on the day of installation. Roofing crew cleaned up their mess pretty good, but I still found several nails laying on the roof during inspection. The gutter crew left several of the large nails and spacers laying in my flower beds in plain sight. Crews were friendly and a little more attention to detail could have made this a 5 star job. "

"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
