In my humble opinion, the roofing side of the company is superior to the gutter installation services. I wouldn't hesitate to call Robert Woods to handle any future roofing repairs for my home. As far as the actual team that installed my gutters, in all honesty, I would not want them to do further work on my gutters. Minor mistakes were made. They promptly came back to my home to correct them. However, the workers appeared a little insulted and hesitant to do a thorough inspection. I'm still not certain that they thoroughly inspected their work when they returned.
I still give an A++ to Robert Wood and the administrative team though. They were great from start to finish. To date, I've not give the new gutters a thorough and complete examination, because I've not be home when it was raining enough to know for certain. Yet, I trust Robert to send someone back promptly, if I discover any additional seam leakages.

Due to a minor water leak a section of drywall about 8' x 2' had been cut out. The trim in this area and on the other side of the hall plus a closet had to be placed as well. The drywall and trim had been removed due to a small amount of mold from the water leak.  I called George's painting due to all the great reviews here on Angie's list.  I received an estimate on this work and in addition I asked for an estimate on some painting.  I thought the estimate was very fair. George was extremely professional and even came to look at what the job entailed late on a Friday evening as he was returning from other jobs on his way back to his office. This was absolutely fine with me as I had no plans to go anywhere.  George sent my estimate first thing Monday morning.

In the end I used George's only for the drywall and trim work. The job was easily scheduled and the 2 man crew did an outstanding job. I couldn't even tell there had been any damage. The trim work was outstanding as well with nice miter cuts. It lined up well with the existing molding where the miter cuts met.  It only took them approximately 4 hours to do the job.  I plan to call George's in the future for outside painting of my house.

"Job was quickly scheduled through Angie's List and Bryan called me when he was 30 minutes out from our house. He was prompt and very thorough. I pointed out that my safety sensors were malfunctioning and easily knocked out of alignment. Bryan fixed the wiring connections and secured the sensors to the door rails so they won't get knocked out of alignment.
He also lubed all the moving parts and adjusted safety sensors. He pointed out that my top door panel was starting to sag a bit from tension and with my approval ordered me a replacement safety strut as well as a replacement window trim insert to be installed next week.  
All around great service - very personable folks and accommodating.

We liked the fact that his web site gave defined prices. They were very competitive. Hopefully, we won't need another post for another 35 years, but if we do, Jim will be the first one we call.215.00"

"I used Andrew's Garage Door Repair.  The last time I used them it was not satisfactory.  They came in to look at the garage door and said he was going to replace the back motor.  That process took about 4 weeks.  They came out three times and the first two times were good.  The reason I signed up to Angie's List is because they give honest feedback.  He said he would be back in three days and he wasn't.  He did fix it finally.  I had to make a lot of phone calls and emails and reminders.  I didn't understand that, I mean, I paid him the money he was asking for.  So he came and he fixed it and it is working fine.  They were here April of 2016.  It cost $500."
