"I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. They methodically installed the new 218 square foot fence in one day, making sure everything was done properly. When the job was done, one worker insisted on grabbing a tool and coming back an hour later to remove a very stubborn old fence post. This level of detail and craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fence has transformed our backyard and we couldn't be more happy!"

"I did a competition on replacing our basement door, reviewing both the solution for a Signet Door and including price installed. After reviewing several solutions from several top rated companies, we decided that On the Level Contracting (OTL) (Peter Psihas) had the best solution for the outside trim with a 12 9/16” Frame Depth. I than went to the 3 lowest bidders (including OTL) with the final configuration to ensure everyone was bidding on the same configuration. After receiving the 3 final bids from top rated companies, OTL had the lowest price. After Peter ordered the door from ProVia, Peter provided me the estimated date he would be receiving the door from Provia. When the door was received Peter notified me and worked with me to schedule the installation date based upon our availability. The installation team from OTL arrived in the schedule time, verified they had the correct door prior to starting the work and did an excellent job installing the replacement door. Peter can to our house prior to the job being completed to ensure I was satisfied and went over the warranty information. Prior to signing the final contract, I talked to Peter about providing the Aluminum and replacing the Aluminum Capping to the side of the garage door that was dented. Peter and his father (George) replaced the capping matching the bends exactly to the top and the other side. I highly recommend using OTL.!!!"

"Both Gate Logics' representatives on the phone as well as the repair people on site were very professional, courteous and helpful.They were quick to return my calls when voicemails were left and quick to get repair people on site to assess the issue multiple times. The only disapointment I would express is that this particular issue had reoccured multiple times since the gate was automated about two years ago. While hopefully the the issue has been rectified once and for all, it did cost me each time they came on sight to readjust the mechanism. Having said that, I would recommend and use there services again. <br />"

"Everything went extremely well, better than expected. Our estimator was very knowledgeable and made some good suggestion that we had not considered. We were delayed in the scheduling because of weather but they were very accommodating in setting up a new date. The crew was not only on time but a little early on installation day. The three installers were very careful of the garden area in front of the fence, which I appreciated. They were precise and careful in building the new fence, working diligently, and removing all the old materials as well. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the final product. I would definitely use this company and crew again."

"Butch came out within a day or two to look at the site and give me an estimate. He emailed me written specs and costs a couple of days later. He also let me know when he came out that they were busy and were currently scheduling jobs eight weeks out. I emailed back my acceptance and snail-mailed a one-third deposit check. They emailed me when they received my check and let me know that I was on the schedule for mid-September. Right on schedule, in the second week of September, Butch called and asked if they could do the job in two days. They arrived at the agreed time and Butch and I walked through the job with his crew of three. Butch then left. The crew worked solidly for about four hours and were done. The fence is a quality product. Both the materials (treated pine posts and cedar boards) and the crew's construction and finish have produced a really nice looking fence. As a customer, dealing with Signature Fence was a pleasure. They clearly communicated what they could do and when they could do it. They kept me informed at each step in the process and they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I think I got good value for money, too.
