Terry and crew had just begun installing Ipe (Brazilian hardwood). Terry was receptive to our ideas and expanded on our requests. The outcome was a well designed unique deck that is still in great shape today. When requested, Terry inspects the deck and his crew does appropriate maintenance. In 2020, we renovated our lower level that had not been updated in thirty years. Terry presented a redesigned kitchen/bar that maintained the original footprint but reorganized the space in much better way. He co-ordinated his staff and sub contractors during the entire renovation process. I used the companies he suggested for the design elements of the project- cabinetry and counter tops, flooring and plumbing fixtures.
