"Exceeded my expectations. On initial visit: sketched elevation & did measurements; reviewed options with me; and carefully selected color to match existing trim. Prompt, professional and thorough. Tony Lux emailed me an estimate based on the measurements. I had a little extra footage that exceeded the $499 Angie's List offer. A few days letter, the 2 man install crew arrived and promptly went to work. They finished quickly and left no mess behind. I called Tony to settle my account ($39) and he told me to be sure and check the gutters for leaks or other issues. If I found any problems, they would come back and fix as part of the initial service. I highly recommend this company and look forward to contacting them again for future reno needs."

"A root barrier was recommended by the structural engineer I hired to determine the cause of our house cracking and doors not closing.  A thorough search of Angie's List led me to Rob.  He had excellent reviews and serves our area.  He responded quickly.  He did our root barrier almost immediately because of serendipitous timing and came right back to trim the tops of the barriers that were sticking up because the dirt was settling.  I mean, right back.  Very responsive.  Very friendly.  And, even better, just two-ish months later, and doors that weren't closing in our house are already starting to close.  It's nothing short of miraculous.  I highly recommend Rob.

"Awesome!   I called with a last minute request (because I decided to throw a party and things were pretty dirty).  Georald promptly responded to my inquiry (I sent a message on Angie's List but then decided to call as well and he had already reviewed my message).  He was able to schedule me in within 2 days, gave me a very reasonable price, showed up promptly at the time scheduled, and was extremely cordial and courteous.  The end result is fantastic (I had no idea how dirty things really were).

As for the people who want to arrange your install. I recieved a voice mail while grocery shopping from the installation scheduler. Listening to the VM and finding out who it was, I called back and was greeted by a man whom I found to be very short, rude, talking over me, talking AT me, and insisted I called "Them" in the morning to find out what time they were to be there to install instead of them calling me ( the customer ), letting me know a window as to what time they would arrive. I then told him ... well that's not customer service then now is it. He then said that they don't call. That's not something they do. (What?)
So, needless to say, it doesn't do any good to call and speak to a manager or owner Jim supposedly, or report to the office. They could care less if a customer had been treated unprofessionally by an employee, ( "gosh, I didn't hear anyone of my employees raise their voice....") , like surely, surely lady you must be mistaken....gosh my guys couldn't possibly be the royal "jerk" you are describing because I didn't hear anyone raise their voice....OMGosh... really? So in your eyes Mr. LLC someone must be raising their voice to be a jerk? Must be nice to have so much business that you just don't care how the hades your employees behave.
