"I made the appointment two days ago and was promised a time slot of today between 11am to 1pm, with a call before arrival.  At 1030 am I received the call and 15 minutes later, the plumber (Josh) and his assistant (they were coming from a major repiping job, hence there were two of them) arrived and began work. Josh's assistant began work on the hose bib while Josh evaluated the faucet repair.  
Josh informed me that I might be able to get Moen to provide free parts by mail, but I told him I'd prefer to have him go ahead and replace the part now.  Fortunately, he had the part on his truck and proceeded to disassemble the faucet, replace the damaged cartridge, and put everything back together.  Josh worked quickly but carefully, and the repair was done in about 30 minutes.
The best words to describe the encounter:  thoroughly professional.
At my request, Josh also gave me useful details on their piping replacement services.  I will be requesting an estimate from them for a complete replacement of our house's 30-year-old galvanized piping with PEX tubing.

"We had several issues that needed to be taken care of as a result of hard to find leak. I made many calls to various companies and handymen to try to get help without getting any satisfaction. I picked JY Handyman Services from Angie’s List and upon meeting Jose he assured me that he could address and fix our concerns. Jose worked on our home in late December and early January when we were having the really cold weather. He did some great trouble shooting, found and fixed the leak, did excellent carpentry, dry wall and painting. "John (the owner) came by to look our are large double shower and give an estimate.  In the course of our discussion, he pointed out some issues that indicated a potential problem/failure in the shower pan and recommended we have a specialist inspect before proceeding with his frameless glass system.  We did - and confirmed a signficant problem from the original install when the house was built.  Kudo's to John - it didn't make him any money and delayed his performing work for us, but it helped us out tremendously.  So now we have a new shower enclosure/drain pan and Raintree's frameless glas enclosure.  It is beautiful and definitely classes up the bathroom."
