Custom Electrical accepted the job, and Katy, the office person, began to coordinate arrangements with the City of Ames, as well as a boring company, taking me out of the middle of it all. Thank you Katy!!! Rogan, the electrician, spent a great deal of time with me is assessing the situation, was conscientious in all his dealings, and very courteous. "Integra Electrical from Indianola, IA did an awesome job. Dependable, prompt, solid work, easy to work with, and good at communicating with you. Basil managed the project, Angus did the estimate, and Jacob did all the on-site work. I went looking for someone to do a time-sensitive kitchen remodel rewire after another company put us off two weeks - for a 2nd time (no hard feelings, we just needed to get it done). Basil had Angus out for an estimate the next morning. He help us with what would work with our project budget. Within a couple of days, Jacob had everything completed except the trim-out. Later, after we finished our drywall work, I called on a Wednesday, and Jacob came back and finished up the next Monday. He worked with me on getting all the details right (switch and outlet choices, etc) and explaining background information (each circuit by code needed 20a breaker, which old lines to be disconnected, etc). He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If/when we have any other electrical work to be done, we will definitely call Integra first!"

"Todd was very efficient in dismantling the hood, cutting a hole through the wall to the outside, laying the piping, sealing, and testing the new setup. What impressed me was the fact that he didn’t try to sell me a new hood. He also was very conscious of any messes he may make, laying down drop clothes, etc. and disposing of his garbage in appropriate receptacles. I was very happy with the time it took him to do the job. Super quick, yet high quality work. From what I have experienced thus far (I have him booked for a couple other projects), Todd is a stand-up trustworthy guy who knows what he’s doing. He is super busy so it may take him a while to respond to inquiries, but he’s definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend him to family & friends."
