Further, Kenny Woods was very responsive in repairing a couple of screens that were damaged during the installation. This was actually a very minor problem; however, they took it very seriously. "Bryan Nelson came to our home for the $47 check up and cleaning. He went over everything with us and showed us what repairs needed to be done to our system. He was here for quite a while, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We decided to get a new more efficient furnace rather than put the money into repairing our current one. Furnace was installed on 12/4/17 and both installers were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. Took about 6 1/2 to 7 hours to install. I have had questions and some issues that I needed them to come take a look at and they were very responsive and sent someone out to check things for us. Everything is working as it should be. I trust Arlinghaus and feel comfortable dealing with them."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
