Jose also repaired the doors on two cabinets as well. He mentioned that if there are any future leaks inside the house that he would fix it at no additional cost."

After talking, we discovered that he and his crew did so much more. They do room additions, fences, remodeling, home inspections, etc. We kept adding projects (since it is a new home for us) and he was always willing to tackle anything we requested. "The basement had exterior wall framing completed but needed to have all the interior walls placed and then build. We did not have a timeline defined for them so there were no expectations on a finish date. They were very quick to go to work and complete the project. As in building a house some parts are much faster than others. We were very pleased with the people that work on the project. They were very good about not tracking in the house. We are very happy with the end results. As we went along on the project we were able to make changes and Eric was always good about asking us our thoughts as to how we wanted it to look. Even when we thought we wanted the bar one way after seeing it we decided to change. That was not an issue. Eric suggested ways to finish the basement that we would not have thought about and gave us a much bigger bedroom/ craft room. We started with approx. 1700 sq ft of unfinished basement and ended up with so much room and space to enjoy with our family."
