"It went very well after some weather-related delays ( very rainy spring). The crew was very professional with high level of craftsmanship. They cleaned up after each round of work. We are very pleased with the finished product. The price was higher than we originally expected but they did a great job."

"This project was the complete remodel of a split entry, three-bedroom house (in various states of disrepair). I was given a thorough estimate, and we reviewed the work scope in great detail. Even when confronted with some unexpected issues (items that were not obvious until we begin the demo) midstream, they gave me complete Information so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Their work is excellent, they are reliable and easy to communicate with, they are proud of what they do and want you to be happy with the results. My project included general construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assessment. I highly recommend Powerhouse and will continue to use them for my general contracting needs. As I recently told them, **you are my guys from now on!** Thank you, Clayton, JD, and Chris for a job well done!"

"I hired him to do a pretty significant remodel on a duplex investment property. The building was old and had a lot of subpar work done by the previous owner that had to be fixed. He worked with my budget and stood by his work as he actually fixed a leak in the roof 2 months after the work had been completed. Anthony was a great partner as he told me exactly what to expected and helped me save money where possible. His knowledge of the investment/rental perspective helped me reach my goals with the duplex. I plan to buy again and will definitely be using Anthony and team for any work needed."

"Home Crafters completed a big project at my house in March 2012. We had a 10 foot section of a load bearing wall removed between the living room and dining room. The price quoted was very fair and competitive with the other bids I had received ($2800 for everything). They also agreed to center the opening along the wall, rather than starting at the one wall and opening up a 10 foot section that would be skewed toward one side (something that other contractors said was the only possible solution). Once the team had started, they realized that the return vents were not in the usual place, and they would need to expand the construction project to re-run the vent work. This was an additional cost to us, but Home Crafters agreed to complete that project at cost.
I could not be happier with their work. The team was very professional and accommodating, the wall looks perfect, and I don?t have anything negative to say about Jim or his team. Even though we ran into delays, everything was completed very professionally and with great attention to detail. They even moved two outlets from the now open section of the wall to the remaining segments. I would highly recommend this group for any home construction projects. We plan to remodel our master bathroom in another year or two, and Home Crafters will definitely be our first call."

"Tony done an outstanding job. He showed up when he said he would. I would recommend him for any project you need done by a professional."

"We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work. We got wood fencing along the sides of our yard, and aluminum fencing along the back. It looks better than I could have imagined. They were even thoughtful enough to ask whether our dogs were diggers, and helped to reinforce the bottoms of the fence. We will be calling for our next renovation project, and would highly recommend them to others."

"It started very well, we worked with Tara, she was very receptive to the changes that we made and was very accessible and flexible. We wanted initially to hire for full remodel, but their quote was too high ,so we decided to limit only to cabinets and install. We hired other companies and it was a smart decision . Then the installation came and unfortunately it was poor planning and what was very disappointing poor execution leaving us with significant gaps between the back of the cabinets toe kick and the cabinets.. nails trough the cabinets and misaligned doors When we alerted about it..we were told to hire someone else to fix that ..I must admit that the quartz company that did do very good job. But in regards with the cabinets installation no supervision and very poor craftsmanship. So we ended up with having to repair what should have been planned and executed well initially."

"Phil is open to suggestions and ideas that the customer has and executes it beautifully and in a timely manner. We wanted the yard fenced in, but still wanted to see the wooded area and not feel 'boxed' in. We went with Pickets on the two sides for privacy and a California style fence-chain link bordered with wooden planks. In doing so, this opened up the landscape and are able to see in and past the yard. Phil did an awesome job! we have so many compliments from people in the surrounding area and has been in contact further asking if anything additional is needed. his prices a re reasonable, he puts in the work, very honest and will let you know if there is a better option for the longevity on the finished project. I can't speak highly enough of him and really has been a great contact to have with general contracting as well."

2. Monday morning - 7:30 arrived, and eight painters ... that's right, eight (8) painters arrived and quickly got to work.  They completed the office, powder room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom the first day, leaving after 3:00.    Each room got two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration Matte Finish Paint.  In addition to wall preparation, there were some minor repairs (caulking and sanding) to assure a good looking job.   The painters were conscientious and professional.  With the number of painters, each had an assigned job, i.e. taping, cutting in, rolling, etc.  The work was done efficiently with a job manager on hand to call for work breaks and to answer questions.

At 7:30 on Tuesday, four painters returned and finished the foyer, the dining room, living room, the hallway and the garage.
Later in the day, more painters arrived and helped to complete the entire job by 3:15!   So, the job was completed in two days instead of three.
On both days, the painters were courteous, friendly and cleaned up.  We are very happy with the work done and feel fortunate to have met Nick and his crew of painters.  We will definitely call Ultimate Custom Painting again.  Thanks guys!
