"Justin did a great job in quickly finding and repairing my issue with a clogged drains. He diagnosed the problem with my aged cast iron pipes with a scope and camera and used a drill to clear the drain, He was thorough and made sure everything was working properly when he was done. I trust and highly recommend Justin and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for any plumbing issue."

"Value: Paid $1706.73 (includes $75 coupon discount after I gasped) for a job that should have maxed out at $850. Besides the $900 labor bill, Rooter charged me $981.77 for a $450 HDepot Rheem electricwater heater and a few couplings!. Had I known earlier they would NOT have the heater, I would have picked it up and received the warranty myself -- all for 1/2 the price! Customer service: Slight degrade for being late with unmet promises Only reason I went with Rooter was their responsiveness to replace my elec 40 gallon water heater by the next day 1pm-3pm( easily accessible in my laundry room.) . The agent told me their plumber would have everything on the truck to do the job to permit us to to leave at 4:30 for my wife's Christmas piano concert. Not. He showed up at 4:10pm with NO heater, and he was perplexed about the fittings required to connect the drain with my recirculating line?!? Licensed plumber???"

"Listens, sees the problems, and fixes the problem. Helps the other problems that were caused by the original problem. Will only call Tim Chen for plumbing. Glad we finally found them."

"I called Tim Chenâ s plumbing after 7:00 on a FRIDAY to fix a ceiling leak in my tenantâ s apartment. They came out WITHIN THE HOUR. He figured out the problem quickly and the charge was very affordable. I have definitely found my plumber!!"

"Did a great job. Well, I mean, they did a great job. I definitely was not completely, you know, like I said. It's working, the water's back on, the meters. I mean, I had a very bad leak on the system, and so they needed to To replace the entire water line from the shutoff. at the city all the way to the house and they were they they had to cut a trench to bury it and they were here there was three guys and they were here about Maybe two and a half, 3 h working, and they got it all done. So, I mean, as far as I'm concerned, the war's back on. Everything's working. I can't complain. And they did it for the price that they did, because they, you know, they did, there was no price change or anything like that. So they did exactly what they estimated to be."

"I had a leak above my kitchen which I suspected may have been from my A/C unit that occupies the space above my kitchen ceiling. I called Moncrief to have someone come out and look at my A/C. They were able to send out someone the next day I'd be available to be at home. The technician, Barry, was on time and was very friendly. He was able to determine that the leak was not coming from any part of my A/C unit, but was from another pipe in the same area. He also made some adjustments to the shoddily installed piping connected to my A/C unit and replaced a pipe that needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with the work done and am considering signing up for their service contract. If I encounter any problems with my A/C unit, Moncrief will be my first call."

"Having a toilet removed to unclog a drain is just not a pleasant experience and it is expensive. But Peach Plumbing can be counted on for timeliness and good service. They came out within hours of my call."

"I had an issue start last night on 8/3/26, I was contacted this morning by the office by phone call and asked if I still need service. By 930 or so Aaron showed up. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Im happy that I am now back up and running, with multiple people in my home it was crucial to have the bathrooms back up and running. Thanks Aaron you made me feel at ease about allowing you into my home to help fix this issue."
