Jeff contacted me back very promptly and we discussed the needed repairs. Jeff was truly an answer to prayer after many months of having to struggle with the insurance claims process (Allstate is deplorable). We talked on multiple occasions to make sense of the insurance estimate and make selections to put my parents house back in order, and my parents were very pleased with him and his subs. They did an excellent job with insulation, drywall repair, new carpet, new LVT, painting, trim work, door replacement, toilet and faucet replacement, closet repair, and so much more that Iâ m sure Iâ m missing. "I initially had my garage door serviced by Overhead Door, but I wasn’t satisfied with the service. So, I called Precision Garage Door Service. They were running a promotion price to service the garage door, so I gave them a try. Joe showed up to service my door promptly at the time he said I could expect him. He did a great job, and he answered any questions I had. I asked him about replacing the rubber seal around my door. He quoted a price and came out the following week to do the work. He said that I didn’t have to be at the house when he did the job, and he would email my invoice. After he finished the job, I could see him on my cameras as he backed his truck down my driveway. Unfortunately, his truck ran over my grass. I’m not sure what it is with my driveway, but this is not the first time this has happened. It was also raining, I’m not sure if that was a contributing factor. In a word Joe showed real integrity. He initially tried to put the grass back together but when that didn’t work, he informed me of what happened. He apologized multiple times and said he would make things right. He told me to get an estimate to fix the grass and he would pay for it. Before I could even get the estimate, the manager Mike West called me and apologized for what happened. He stressed that they wanted to make things right and reiterated that they would pay for the replacement of the grass. I got the estimate and had the work done, but before they paid the landscaper, they made sure that I was completely satisfied. This was amazing customer service. Accidents happen but not everyone takes responsibility when they do. They really wanted to make things right and that’s exactly what they did. They did excellent work on my garage door, answered every question I had (which made me an informed consumer), but most importantly they treated me with respect and did everything possible to make me a satisfied customer. It goes without saying that I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again. I have already recommended them to friends and family."

"Southern Specialty Contractor LLC, gave me an estimate on my property to install a roof and I agreed to move forward after all parties agreed to a price. I informed the representative Manny that we were on a strict budget and could only afford what we were quoted. He did a complete assessment of the roof and said he thought we would be fine with the price quoted and did not anticipate any additional problems based on his knowledge and expertise. My husband and I decided to move forward because he seemed to be an honest person. We paid half of the invoice and the other half was due at completion. We never got a phone call, text or email stating that they found any additional problems. Unfortunately, when the job was completed they sent an invoice with an additional $1995. I called and told them they made a mistake on the invoice and I was told that they found some additional issues and addressed them without my permission. I have never in my life heard of a company making additional repairs to a property without discussing it with the homeowner. I believe this is a scam. They submitted a lower bid to get the job and inflated it after the work was completed. This man had the nerve to file suit against me for repairs that I didn't approve. I have a feeling that this is how they do business. That is very unprofessional to inflate a price without discussing it with the customer. I will definitely see him in court. Please shop around before you do business with this company. I REFUSE to allow him to scam me. I wish I could give zero stars. He was paid in Full for the services provided."
