"My main service person, Kevin, came in and immediately put on booties. He explained that he would assess the problems and then show me my options and present the costs. When he showed me the options, I was initially surprised by the rates and prices which seemed high to me. Kevin clearly explained the best and worst case scenarios and gave me many options for choosing what work I wanted to do given what I could afford. Another service person, Ari, came to work on the upstairs tub clogged drain. As they were both working upstairs, water started coming through the kitchen ceiling. They immediately halted and came downstairs to help. They placed bowls underneath the dripping areas and then put down a dropcloth. They had to open the ceiling to see where the water was coming from and it was clear that the ceiling was soaked and had been wet for some time. They found a pipe with a big, rusted and corroded hole that was the source of the water. They replaced the pipe and also snaked the line to clear the clog. Kevin replaced the shower valve and installed a new (and better) shower head. Kevin fixed the leaking kitchen faucet. Before they left, they cleaned up every speck and left the upstairs bathroom and kitchen areas cleaner than they were when they arrived. I also have to mention that it was pouring rain throughout the day, and when they had to go out to their trucks they never failed to put on their booties when they came back inside my house. Throughout the day (they were here all day), they were both pleasant, polite and completely professional. Although it cost me more that I had hoped, it was all work that had to be done and I am very pleased with the quality of the work and personnel. I would recommend them."

They fixed the issue and it cost far less than I thought it would. I've also used them for a couple heating repairs, annual furnace cleaning and a/c maintenance. "I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

"ARS did a fantastic job! #NETR (see my Google review of NETR) had come out to service my boiler/hot water heater. Instead of servicing it they destroyed it beyond repair. I reached out to ARS and they came out the next day and were able to confirm the boiler was no longer repairable, but they quickly got me an estimate for a new furnace and once approved, did the install quickly and were able to get my hot water and heater up and running again. I met a number of the ARS team during this process and all were professional and patient while I asked a number of questions about the recommended boiler, the install process and more. They also were willing to work with me on height of the input/output pipes which are located right outside the front door of my downstairs neighbor. Highly recommend ARS for your heating/hot water needs. I'm going to be looking to expand their services to include maintaining my HVAC system next spring/summer. Also, the only reason I rated the value for money as a 4 star rather than 5 is that I need to spend some time with the system before considering making it a 5. I suspect I will make that change but am not there just yet."

The advice we received was fantastic and led us to make decisions that were absolutely the right ones for us: two zones with heat pumps, a third area with mini-split. The installation crew was respectful of our space amidst the disruption that is naturally going to occur, and always very pleasant to have around the house. I was so impressed with the work that I went on to have an aging boiler replaced with a new Viessmann boiler and am so pleased to have made that additional investment in our overall HVAC systems.
