"I highly recommend this contractor. Very professional, proficient, and reasonably priced. Great communicator. Showed up when he said he would. Worked quickly and efficiently. End product looks great. My neighbor was so impressed when she saw his work that she hired him to clean, sand, and stain her deck too."

"From this first meeting to the job completion I couldn't ask for anything better. They did incredible work tearing down and building a new deck. Not only does it look amazing, they walked me through every step and made it super easy. If I had any questions or worried about anything the project manager, Ryan DePalma, was available almost 24/7 and the team back in the office replied to emails and calls very quickly. I highly recommend."

"We are building a home in New Hampshire and needed guidance from a local contractor to help with the plan, process, budget and land preparation to build. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our questions and quick to respond to all our consulting needs and requests. Our home building process will be completed in the spring of 2025 and we are super excited to have Jeff help us complete our project."

Small jobs welcome

"Working with Gary Sakin and his subcontractors was very enjoyable. He is knowledgable, trustworthy and extremely responsive. Gary renovated two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a fireplace, replaced windows, painted the entire unit etc. for me. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone that needs work done. He's the best!!!"

"Richard did an outstanding job. When he came for an estimate, he traced the water line to the basement. He found that the issue was simply a pinched line that needed to be freed up. He quickly fixed the problem at no charge! I was elated because I was sure that this was a major problem that would cost me several thousand dollars to fix.

I was impressed by his honesty and work ethic as he could have told me anything or charged me for the work that he did. I would definately use this contractor again in the future and recommend him to others.
