"Matt, Paul and Jonathan arrived on time ready to work. They explained what they were going to do and started by insuring our house would be protected from removal of the old system. Everything that Fred Ouellette explained during the estimate visit a month earlier was right on. after the installation they took the time to explain the new thermostat until we were comfortable with operating it. After they left, I took one more look around the house and noticed they forgot to put putty around the opening of the house were the pipes and wire entered. i thought no big deal i'll just get some and do it myself, about an hour later, Matt rang the doorbell and said he saw the putty in the truck when he got back to the office and on his way home from a long days work stopped by to finish the job. Honest hard working people."

"They were excellent.  The house I bought had a 27 year old hot water heater.  It was obviously on its last leg.  When it nearly stopped providing hot water, I called my home warranty company, and they sent Modern Mechanical.  The technician was so nice and honest; I felt as if he was a long-time friend.  He explained the advantages of a tankless system and since I was getting money from the home warranty that it would be worth the difference I would have to pay.  After installing the system, the kitchen faucet didn't have good pressure, so he replaced it for free.  He even worked to get one that looked like the one I had.  They were absolutely wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... "They were the HVAC sub on our total house remodeling due to a house fire. We decided to add central air because the walls and ceilings were open and we at the time had window units. They installed a heat pump with a Nest thermostat. In addition to the heat pump the house had an existing radiator heating system. However, the hot water heater, boiler, and water line were damaged or clogged due to the fire. T & J replaced everything and were extremely polite and explained everything as well as how to do simple repairs. I would recommend them to my friends and will definitely be using them for annual maintenance."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
