"DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

"We hired WWW to do a system check . The crew came out at the appointed time and called ahead. We didn't really understand the components of the system but they explained everything thoroughly. They tested the water at the well and the tab and recommended to disconnect one of the cylinders. They replaced a few broken clips without charging extra. We are very happy with the work performed."

"We turned our water back on outside after the winter and saw that water was coming through one of our walls. We figured it was a burst pipe. Juan Carlos came out and cut into the drywall and fixed a couple areas of pipe that had cracked during the freeze (we hadn't gotten all the water out of the pipes). He showed us where he was fixing the pipe and made the repairs and told us we could test the pipes again in a couple hours and to call him if we had any problems. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Furthermore, he actually stopped by a couple hours after he made the repairs unannounced just to check up on the repair. I was impressed by that. We saw that there was a third break in the pipe and he made that repair as well. This time, the repair held and our pipes were fixed. He even offered us $25 off his quoted rate for being an Angie's List member (without me asking). I would not hesitate to recommend his services in the future.
