"They did an excellent job; they were very responsive to our problem of the vends leaking. Their crew we very professional, courteous and competent. Highly recommend them for any roofing issues."

"Free solar tube cleaning, free roof / gutter inspection, free attic evaluation & fan inspection. The 2 professionals were very nice & helpful! Had no complaints!"

"I thought Presidential did a good job replacing my roof. I thought the pricing was fair and the job was done from first contact with the company to finish in ~1 month. I would use them for home repair services again."

"The technician, Fredy Aguilar, did great work installing a new sliding closet door and repairing another closet door. The new closet door looks and works great and the old door works better than it did we when moved into our house."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"Lumbee Roofing Solutions did an excellent job under emergency circumstances. Our roof in Temple Hills, MD was significantly damaged by the March 2, 2018 windstorm. We found Lumbee on Angie's List after we discovered the damage, and contacted them the next business day. Despite a heavy workload created by the storm, Mr. Barnes himself (Lumbee's owner) inspected our roof 48 hours later, gave us a written estimate (with photos of damages) that evening, and fully repaired our roof the following day. Moreover, Mr. Barnes was personable, considerate, and polite throughout the process."

"I think Chris did a fine job.  My only criticism, and I did not do any comparison bids to know how reasonable this is, was the price.  I paid $199 for the original roof check-up, which had a $100 credit for any additional work.  The collar repair was an additional $200, so I ended up paying $299 in total.  He was here less than an hour.  Based on time alone, that seemed expensive.

"I sought out three bids from highly rated Angie's list roofing companies. I eliminated one company that would not provide an estimate unless they could present it in person with my wife present (code for high-pressure sales). The second company was great, but did not get their bid to me until almost a week after they promised it. By comparison, Joe Makay got right back to me on first contact and every time I had a question. He was able to work my project into the schedule within a week and got got the entire large and complex job done in just two days. The end result was outstanding and well worth the price. I only rated their price as a B because their cost was somewhat higher than the other (larger) company that bid; however I went with Mckay because they were more responsive and customer service focused. I felt confident they would take good care of me and they did just that."

"Over the last couple of years we have hired Roof Peak for several roof inspection and repair work and they have always been prompt, timely, and honest with their estimates and the completed work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor."

"Excellent experience from start to finish. 1) I changed my roofing options three times over a 2-year period before hiring S&K earlier this year. Robert Moore, the salesman, responded to each change request promptly, without complaint or pressure. I received links to optional products and references. 2) I received clearly written pre-installation preparation instructions. 3) Entire re-roofing process took 2.5 days. Crew worked together efficiently, well organized, disciplined, focused on their tasks. Squeaky clean clean-up. 4) I'm thankful to the crew supervisor, too, for finding a way to install a much wanted tunnel skylight despite its difficult location."
