"Our garbage disposer in the kitchen sink died last night. I logged on to HomeAdvisor, right after I submitted the repair request the technician called, I described the problem and he gave me the exact quote for replacing a brand new KitechenAid one. He came on time the 2nd day on time and finished the job promptly and demonstrated the working disposer, let us know where to find serial number, recorded service date and time on the warranty form, and left with a firm handshake. Everything is from communication to delivery of the service is A+ top notch, also the lead time is superb - before we need the disposer again for the 1st cooking after the previous one died! I'd definitely recommend G.S.R. to anyone doing similar appliance/plumbing services and repairs. I even think their service is the 5-star comps for all my future home services."

"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."
