"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"This a case of a local shop being purchased by a big guy some10 yrs ago.  As time goes on we feel less and less valued as a long time customer.  We use them for many of our repair issues and are satisfied with their work.  An example of DISSATISFACTION came recently when our year old water heater failed and was replaced under warranty.  The initial cost was $1467.00.  A year and a half later, we were hit with another $400.00 "labor charge" to replace it AND the warranty was not reset to new---with the new unit!! We have great faith in the integrity of several of our favorite service guys and request them when we call for service.  But as we told our guy "Tim" yesterday, if he goes, we'll most likely be right behind him!  That said---the office help is unfailingly polite and pleasant, they call to gauge our satisfaction with the visit and they seem sincere.  Honestly, if we switch to someone new it could be better---BUT--it could be the same or worse!  Maybe I'm dreaming to expect personal consideration regarding ALL the work and $$$ I've directed their way."

"Needed dryer repair, and he quickly diagnosed the trouble and had it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use his services again."

"My washer and dryer are in a pretty small space and it's a major pain to replace the dryer but they worked with me waiting for it to be delivered and came right out to install it the day it was delivered. It has to be changed to propane so not just an easy change out and i really appreciated the service since my husband works out of town and i had no way to do it myself"

"Washer problem, McCann came out the same day, diagnosed our issue, ordered the part and installed it a few days later when the part came in. Very reasonably price, keep us fully informed as they awaited the parts arrival and was very professional. Will definitely call on all appliance issues. Family owned and you canâ t go wrong calling them when you have appliance issues."

"Charged me for service of checking my washing machine out. Had me look up information on my computer. Left...and came back the next night with a part which didn't fix the problem. Cussed a lot during service...was not very professional. I did not feel he should have charged me twice for service. Did not take a copy of the bill/receipt."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"Very nice young man who fixed my squeaky dryer. Highly recommend him."
