Marvin told me the names/colors of the materials that would be used so I could view before the project was started. I asked questions at every step and Marvin explained everything that they were doing in detail. I would definitely use them again."

"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. "My family & I were very pleased by the work we had done by Remodel Max. Shout out to Wayne, Dennis, Madison, Mitch, Brennen, & Nick. I was seeing signs in our 75 yr old house that indicated to me that the house might have been sinking, so we called out several contractors. I asked each contractor to bring a structural engineer along for the inspection, & Wayne was the only one who was willing to accommodate that. He was also the only one who could see the extent our floor joists & triple beam were deteriorating, was able to list the myriad of issues we had, & in each way it needed to be repaired. He was very thorough in his inspection. The repairs to the house required us to move out of our house while they rebuilt our entire first floor (+jacking up & re-leveling the house). Mitch & his crew handled it well, to put it lightly. Each of them went the extra mile & took time to make sure everything was done correctly. They were all extremely communicative, professional, & down-to-earth."
