The owner came out to assess the issues with our shower tile and sink counter. It took my husband me a little while to get back with them about doing the job, but they were very patient with us. The young man who did the work explained everything and worked diligently for several hours until the work was finished. I feel like the job was priced right. "They were very professional and nice. I kind of felt double-teamed - two guys showed up in two separate trucks. They wanted to put 13 piers around my house to fix the problem. The price for a pier is not a bad thing but it seemed an awfully extreme fix for what I had asked them to come out for. I?ve gotten their calls weekly possibly from the guy wanting to know if we had made any decisions yet on what we were going to do. I think they are a harder sell maybe than the other ones I talked to. We have had a couple of people tell us that there is no way we need that extensive work done, so I would probably not consider using them."

"Originally just wanted new cabinet doors.  Salesman told us we could get quality, wood cabinets for less, plus free backsplash with counter purchase, so we decided to go ahead.  When things got pulled out, due to various issues, ended up doing an entire to the studs remodel.  "Project Manager" couldn't show up on first day and did not give directions to workers so they pulled out an extra wall. "Project Manager" didn't show up hardly at all - maybe 3 times in an 8 week project.  Luckily, I wasn't working and had to basically take over as my own project manager and went ahead and contracted everything not already committed to Cabinet Clad to other companies.  Communication was very poor within Cabinet Clad company - nobody seemed to know what the others were doing - and I had immense difficulty resolving issues.  Kitchen looks ok, but cabinets are not high quality, but I guess you get what you pay for - this was a pre-made line, not custom."

"The project went very well.   Any problems, there were very few, were handled promptly and professionally.  There were different crews that came in and out daily but they were always on time, did what they had to go, cleaned up, and were on their way.  We have no complaints and definitely would use them again.

"The bid process went well, Shawn was professional and explained the entire process.  He had some good ideas for improvement which we accepted,  such as expanding the shower.  We accepted his bid over two others. 

Shawn told us he was a third generation tile guy, and it showed.  His tile work on the bathroom , shower and floor was excellent.  Shawn did a great job steering us through some potential pitfalls.  For example, the decorator had a pattern for the bathroom floor and when Shawn laid it out, he stopped and called me at  work.  He didn't like it.  He laid it so I could see it that evening, and he was right, the decorator's pattern didn't fit the room.  So he changed it and it looks great, he was absolutely correct.  Also he really helped us get a nice pattern on the back splash over the granite in the kitchen, which we were struggling with.    He had nice ideas for kitchen lighting and many other touches.  Such as he directed us to on-line websites for fixture ordering and one day I was having difficulty with selecting product, he intervened and assisted me in getting the correct items. 

There were many little things also he did to help us, for instance our hand rail up stairs was loose... he noticed it and fixed it.  One screw and he was done,  it would have taken me the entire weekend ti fix.....................

"They removed the piece of wood in the house trim that an animal had made and replace and painted.  The work was great!  Our back patio had several loose pavers.  The pavers were secured. After a month, a couple of those pavers were loose again which is the reason for the B rating for the quality of the work.
