Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn't feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. These two were amazing, they took out the old tub/shower and had the new walk-in shower installed in day one. They were very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. They were back on day two to install the floor, vanity, linen closet, mirror, and towel bars. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company if you were thinking about making a change in your bathroom(s). Added plus to all of this, they have a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship!!!"

"It went extremely well and very smooth! We love our new bathroom (well, its been five months - sorry guys for the late review!) We had a small and very outdated full bathroom with amongst other things: a bathtub liner, a soffit above the tub that served absolutely no purpose, wood floor and an awkwardly located linen closet. We now have a beautiful bathroom including a tiled shower/tub, a custom cabinet & drawers replacing the old linen closet, porcelain tiled floor and no more soffit which makes our small bathroom look much bigger. Terry, Jody & Brian are THE best. If you want quality, efficiency, timeliness and professionalism, they're the only only way to go. Simply put, we wanted quality work done in a timely manner. We didn't want to deal with a job that was just going to drag on no matter how good the quality. They live up to their reputation. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom.
