"It went extremely well and very smooth! We love our new bathroom (well, its been five months - sorry guys for the late review!) We had a small and very outdated full bathroom with amongst other things: a bathtub liner, a soffit above the tub that served absolutely no purpose, wood floor and an awkwardly located linen closet. We now have a beautiful bathroom including a tiled shower/tub, a custom cabinet & drawers replacing the old linen closet, porcelain tiled floor and no more soffit which makes our small bathroom look much bigger. Terry, Jody & Brian are THE best. If you want quality, efficiency, timeliness and professionalism, they're the only only way to go. Simply put, we wanted quality work done in a timely manner. We didn't want to deal with a job that was just going to drag on no matter how good the quality. They live up to their reputation. "The renovation turned out just as we envisioned. The workmanship In all areas was excellent. From the structural elements all the way to the finish carpentry and paint. I was my own designer and it was wonderful collaborating on the project with Thomas and Clint. We sectioned off a portion of our lengthy bedroom area to make it a dedicated office. A 10’ long built-in unit was custom made to my specific dimensions and turned out just as I had hoped. We gutted in our master bath and once again the very detailed design was brought to life beautifully. Thank you so much to Greg, Kathy, Thomas, Clint and all who worked on our project in any way. "We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

"He came in to do some plastering but them he recommended other work that we did and we ran into a little bit more than we thought. Then the tub backed up because he was putting the scrapings down the tub area and I had to call a plummer which we another hundred and something dollars. The work they did was ok but they didn’t reimburse me for the plumbing."
