"Total Mechanical Systems went the extra mile. In one week they fixed my water heater and the igniter on my furnace. They were prompt and did exactly what they said. Their service techs are knowledgeable, and when the tech who came to my house couldn't diagnose the problem, he called in a more seasoned tech. They both worked on it for some time but only charged me the $99 diagnostic fee. Well done!"

"The salesman who initially came to our home to assess the situation was very knowledgeable and had some good suggestions. We opted for the heat pump despite the cost as it would also cool the area in the summer time. The installation went very well and we have been very happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to call this company for future work.

"Installed new indirect hot water heater tank and whole house water filtration system. Nick was at the house on-time with mask and booties, all equipment on board and went straight to work. Very polite. Explained everything as work progressed. Very satisfied the job Nick did."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
