I invited them because of presence of mold and odors. The house was thoroughly inspected not only for those problems we concerned of, but for all other possible hazards. Jeff and Connie spent as much time at our house as it was needed to complete all the aspects of required inspection. Each room, even every little space, furnace, AC unit, stove, refrigerator were inspected. Shortly after appointment I got detailed reports with photos and multiple very helpful recommendations. Now we know what exactly should be done in the house and outside in order to eliminate negative issues found by Jeff who is an expert in all aspects, related to different systems of house. Jeff and Connie are very kind and intelligent people. It was a real pleasure to spend several hours with them at our house. This appointment was life-changing for us. Also the technician was taking my bait stations I had previously put down and putting them into her box. Complete THEFT!!! No exclusions done. Please do not hire this company.
