"Henry is fantastic. Last year, I found BAR through Angie's list. Henry replaced an older AC unit for a fraction of what the bigger named outfits were charging. However, before doing so, he made every attempt at making the old unit work in an effort to save me money. Throughout the experience, it was very clear that he was doing everything in an honest effort to save me money and avoid replacing big ticket items. Now , any time I have an issue with my heating or Ac, he comes the next day. The guy is a work horse. He comes on Sundays, holiday weekends, etc. He truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Dealing with BAR has been the single most professional and enjoyable experience I have had while attempting to keep up with my 120 year old money pit of a home. Use them. You won't be disappointed. "Had used their tech Fred twice before with no problems. They were very responsive but other tech scheduled had urgent dental work. Rescheduled three more weeks out with other tech. Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."

"I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
