They talked us through the pros and cons of the different systems and units. We decided to go with the Mitsubishi Electric unit with central air installation. The installation happened a few weeks later. The installation took 5 business days, and involved the installation of new ventilation in the attic with ducts in the ceiling. At the completion of the installation, Ocean State Air Solutions turned on the system and walked me through the operation of the system to ensure I understood how to operate. I recommend their services and would use again."

He told me that I would need a new furnace so I told him he better just put in a new a/c unit as well. He said he would have it in two days and he did exactly what he said.
