Most recently, Kazi repaired a leak in our roof, corrected the pitch of the roof, replaced the drain and drain pipe, re-flashed all seams on our roof, and coated it with a silicone roof sealant. In addition, Kazi repaired the ceiling of the top floor apartment, installed a new roof hatch, resealed all the windows on the back of the house, repaired some crumbling pointing, and scraped and repainted our fire escape. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."
